On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, the Office of Student Activities and Orientation held the annual Spring Activities Fair in the Athletic Center. Just back from winter break, student clubs, organizations and employment opportunities aimed to recruit students to join.
The photo gallery, “Snowlicious,” portrays the impacted days of December by the amount of snowfall that was presented on the Lasell campus. Winter becomes the new black, having each snowflake leave nothing unveiled.

Within the month of November, Lasers portray the vivid outlooks that surround the Lasell campus through their extraordinary lens. The season of fall is brought to life through a photo gallery that depicts the variation in color that truly justifies why this season was given its name.

On Thursday, Nov. 14, the hill outside of Winslow was covered in small paper flags representing “the relative percentage of survivors at Lasell University” in the context of Intimate Parter Violence. The data from the Association of American Universities annual Campus Climate Survey and the number of Lasell’s undergraduates were used to show how women, men and LGBT+ individuals on campus are affected by this issue according to the survey. This project was completed by Professor Karin Raye’s Title XI Interns and the Men’s Baseball Team.
President Michael Alexander hosted a barbeque for First Year Honors Students this past Tuesday, September 17 on the Arnow Campus Center Quad. All freshmen honors students and staff gathered together to be celebrated on their new endeavors of being a part of Lasell University.
The President’s BBQ offered a variety of food choices such as burgers, chicken, mac and cheese.
On September 17, the Arnow Quad came alive with clubs and organizations vying for new members. The activities fair is an anticipated event during the first few weeks of the semester. In previous years, the event was held in the Athletic Center however, this year, the event was moved outside.
