When Ben Biello (‘21) joined the track and field team at Dighton Rehoboth Regional High School in North Dighton, Massachusetts, he never expected where this athletic adventure would take him.

Dieter Treusdell has stepped in as the new Head Coach for men’s lacrosse after a five-year stint from Bill Mason came to an end in the spring. In those five years, Mason led the men’s lacrosse program to four championship games, and two Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) championship wins, which automatically granted them access to two National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) tournament appearances.

Ricky Igbani (‘14) has taken over the reins as head coach of the cross-country and track and field teams. Igbani took the job after being made aware of it by his former Lasell track and field coach James Martin.

Hailing from Framingham, Ben Feintuck has quickly impacted the men’s lacrosse team as their new assistant coach. Graduating from the University of New England (UNE) in 2020 with a degree in athletic training, Feintuck proved himself to be a hardworking student-athlete and now plans to do the same as a coach here at Lasell.
A familiar face has filled the vacant role of head coaching the men’s volleyball program
this year, as Lasell alumni Jeff Vautrin (‘17) is stepping into his first head coaching role for the upcoming 2020 season.
