Best of Both Worlds at Lasell College Reply

My first impression of Lasell College was that it’s a small school located in the wealthy suburbs of Boston. Early in my college search, my goal was to go to school in the city. As I ventured further through the application process, I realized being in the city all the time and having an influx of work to do would give me headaches. There’s always a ton of people walking around, and you must have your head on a swivel.

From “No” to “Whoa” Reply

When I first arrived at Lasell I was nervous because it isn’t a racially diverse school, so I felt out of my element. For this reason, I decided to room with girls from my high school – along with the hope that it’d lessen my sense of homesickness. But I came to Lasell to study so making friends had to take a backburner…or so I thought. I soon realized that wasn’t going to work here.

First Year Pulls Back the Curtain Reply

My first impression of Lasell was fairly different from others. The reason I say this is because my very first time visiting the campus was the day of orientation! Yes, it’s true. I paid my deposit, didn’t attend accepted student day and orientation was my first time seeing the campus. Although it was pretty risky, I’m so glad I made the decision to attend. I had so much fun during orientation; I made some great friends and even met my roommates. They are by far the sweetest people I’ve ever met!
