The Melt Into Color fashion show, held on March 31, was dedicated to the Birthday Wishes Foundation. Since 2002, Birthday Wishes provides homeless and underprivileged children with birthday parties. The foundation sets out to boost the self-esteem for children and promote equal opportunities for all. Proceeds from a raffle and two pop up shops on site were donated to Birthday Wishes. More…

Junior Brayden Daigneault recently received first place in the Annual Grand Circle Gallery Travel Poster Design Contest winning a $1000 prize. The gallery is located in Fortpoint area of Boston and displays vintage travel posters and photography.

New direction for men’s basketball Reply

The 2014-15 Lasell College men’s basketball team has been selected. The 16 roster spots have been filled. The intense pre-season is over and now it’s time for the team to focus on what is ahead. With only six returners, this year’s team is comprised of mostly transfers and freshmen.

Head Coach Aaron Galletta knows what it’s like to prepare a team that consists of newcomers, realizing there is a buffer period where the players need to come together to form new relationships within the squad. Having five new members from Florida make this process easier.
