Men’s Volleyball run to GNAC finals

On April 9, the number two seeded men’s volleyball team traveled to first seeded Wentworth Institute of Technology to battle for the 2022 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship. The Lasers came up short as Wentworth claimed victory in three sets and move on to the DIII NCAA Tournament as GNAC Champions.

Lasers beat Rivier, advance to GNAC finals

Junior Jan Baranowski came out strong with the first point of set one for an excited Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Semifinals crowd against Rivier’s men’s volleyball team. Baranowskini had 7 kills in the match overall, third most in the team. In second was first-year Jordan Shinaut at 11 kills, and in first, junior Brendan Joyce at 15 with a kill percentage of 0.424.

Women’s soccer extends win streak after 9-0 rout of Rivier

The women’s soccer team won convincingly in a 9-0 shutout of the Rivier Raiders Wednesday night. This win extends the Lasers’ win streak to five games, and they remain unbeaten in conference play.

Men’s Soccer suffers fourth straight loss

On Sept. 15, on Taylor Field, the men’s soccer team nearly came back from a two-goal deficit in the last 20 minutes of their home game. However, they ultimately fell to Rivier 3-2 in their fourth consecutive loss of the season.
