During the women’s lacrosse senior game on April 13, the team honored captain Jordan McComb, Lily Delaney and Vanessa Pino, all seniors. The team matched the Blue Jays of the University of Saint Joseph (Connecticut).
Fall sports teams honored their senior athletes on Oct. 13. Men’s soccer fell 2-0 against Salve Regina University. Women’s soccer hosted their Breast Cancer Awareness game on Senior Day, clinching a 2-1 victory against Regis College. Women’s field hockey triumphed over Rivier University 5-4 in overtime. The men’s and women’s cross country team ran on Friday, Oct. 12 at the Suffolk University invitational held at Franklin Park. The women’s team finished 12th out of 19 teams, while the men’s team came in 16th place out of 19 teams. Women’s volleyball both honored their two seniors and dominated Emmanuel College 3-1. Family, Friends, & Alumni Weekend was held October 16 – 18 with on and off-campus activities, including senior day games for multiple Lasell teams. Senior Day honors student athletes at the last home game of their college career. Field hockey lost 2-0, men’s soccer lost 2-1, women’s soccer won 4-0. Women’s volleyball will not honor their seniors until October 30. Members of both the men and women’s cross country team were honored with a ceremony during the soccer games.

Family, Friends and Alumni Weekend (FFAW) took place earlier this month, October 16 to 18, and along with trips to Boston and events happening on campus, athletes celebrated senior day, or their last home games as seniors in college.

The women’s volleyball team, women’s soccer, men’s soccer and field hockey all recognized their seniors at home during Family, Friends and Alumni weekend.

The men’s soccer team defeated Babson College 2-1 on Wednesday October 30. Senior Mike Skelton scored both goals for the Lasers, as Lasell wrapped up the regular season with a record of 13-3-1. Skelton broke the Lasell season-scoring record with his 15th and 16th goals.
